محددات البطالة في الجزائر - دراسة قياسية – من 4891 الى 4141

Abstract

أجري هذا البحث بناءا على متغيرات اقتصادية كمية متمثلة في الناتج الداخلي الخام ، التضخم ، النفقات العامة و معدل الزيادة الطبيعية للسكان،لاختبار مدى قبولها واعتبارها حدددات للبطالة وقد قمنا بإعداد نموذج قياسي لإختبار صحة الفرضيات التي تقتضي إذا كانت هذه المحددات تؤثر في معدل البطالة طيلة فترة الدراسة الممتدة من 4891 إلى غاية 4141 و عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في أفراد المجتمع الجزائري الذي تتوفر فيه شروط العمل لكنه بطال، والذي توصلنا من خلاله إلى أن المتغيرات السابق ذكرها تعتبر من حدددات البطالة وتتحكم في معدلات البطالة حلال فترة الدراسة ،ماعدا متغير النفقات العامة الذي لم يكن له أثر في ذلك

This research was carried out based on the amount represented by the gross domestic product, inflation, public spending and the rate of natural increase of the population, to test how well accepted and considered the determinants of unemployment, economic variables. We have prepared a standard form to test the validity of hypotheses that require whether these limitations affect the unemployment rate during the study period from 1984 until 2014 and a sample survey of members of the Algerian society in which the working conditions are available, but so-so, and we came through that the former variables mentioned is one of the determinants of unemployment and control the unemployment Halal study period, except for the overhead variable that has not had an impact on it.
