The presented study is a contribution to the evaluation of some dithiolethiones derivatives compounds of synthetic origin where the remarkable structural diversity of these compounds can present a wide spectrum of biological properties. This study highlights the following biological activities: - The activity antioxidant that is evaluated by the Phosphomolybdate test where the compounds studied showed a good reducing ability range between 1.73 M and 3.097M for the compounds (C) and (C1) respectively. - The antimicrobial activity reveals an important sensibility of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, and less sensitivity in Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. - The anticoagulant activity shows a remarkable activity for both clotting time TCK 60,5s and TP 33.05 s. - The phagocytic activity performed on human leukocytes showed a high phagocytic activity of 52%, 46%, 32% and 29% for compounds (B1), (C1) (A2) and (C) respectively |
