Contribution à l’étude comparée de la biodiversité entre deux écosystèmes (naturel et perturbé) dans la région de Djanet

Abstract

Cette étude a été menée dans la région de Djanet pour comparer la biodiversité entre le milieu naturel et le milieu perturbé. Cette étude permis de recenser 85 espèces floristiques 166 espèces faunistique .La flore avec 85 espèces est répartir sur 22 familles, 66 genres. On note une forte contribution des Asteraceae (20%) dans la flore globale. La faune avec 166 espèces est répartir en 23 ordres et 89 familles récoltées par trois méthodes des piègages et une forte contribution de classe des Insecta (99,3%), l’ordre le plus contributive est des Hymenoptera avec (60,4%). L’effet gradient d’éloignement est apparant concernent la flore alors que l’aspect faunistique le gradient n’est perceptible.

أجريت هذه الدراسة في منطقة جانت لاجراء مقارنة التنوع البيولوجي بين الوسط الطبيعي و الزراعي حيث سمحت بوجود85نوع نباتي و166نوع حيواني . الدراسة النباتية أثبتت وجود85نوعا من النباتات متوزعة على22عائلة نباتية وتمثل العائلةAsteraecaeالأكثر تواجدا بنسبة20%بالنسبة للعدد الاجمالي.على المستوى الدراسة الحيوانية وجود166نوع استعملنا ثلاث تقنيات للمصيدة تمثل رتبةHymenopteraالأكثر غالبية بـ60,4%. اثر درجة البعد ظاهر في ما يتعلق بالنباتات، لكن لا تأثير له على المستوىالحيواني

This study was conducted in the Djanet region to compare biodiversity between the natural environment and the disturbed environment. This study helped to identify 85 species of flora 166 faunal species. Flora with 85 species is spread over 22 families, 66 genera. strong contribution Asteraceae is noted (20%) in the overall flora.
