Abstract: This study aimed to explor the degree Needs counseling in classroom management for new teachers in both stages middle and secondary school , and to determine the impact of each gender , specialization and teaching stage) in it. Student designed a questionnaire based on the educational literature in order to achieve the objectives of this study, which contained 28 item that answered the questionnaire 200 professors that were chosen in purpose manner and has been sure of that answered its sincerity and persistence. The results of the study showed that the degree of Needs counseling in classroom management for new teachers was high, and the appropriate statistical analysis was performed. Also, results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the Needs Guidelines in classroom management for new teachers according to gender, specialization and teaching stage
