دور التكـــــــوين فــــــــــي تحسيـــــــــــن أداء العامليــــــــــــــــن دراسة حالة شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز للوسط-ورقلة-(2011-2015)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور عملية التكوين في تحسين أداء المستخدمين بالمؤسسة ، باعتبار التكوين احد اهم الاليات التي تتبعها المؤسسة لهذا الغرض ، وعلى هذا الاساس فقد قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مستخدمي شركة توزيع للكهرباء و الغاز للوسط - مديرية التوزيع ورقلة حضري- ،كما اعتمدنا في هاته الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و منهج دراسة الحالة للإجابة على الاشكالية والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات. ومن خلال تحليلنا للنتائج توصلنا إلى ان عملية التكوين تعد وسيلة فعالة تستخدمها المؤسسة للرفع من مستوى اداء مستخدميها الرفع من قدراتهم لما لها من نتائج بعد كل عملية تكوينية .This study aims

to identify the role of configuration process to improve user performance of the institution, considering configuration one of the most important mechanisms that the institution followed for this purpose, and on this basis, we have conducted a field study on a sample of users of the distribution company for electricity and gas to the center - Ouargla urban- Distribution Directorate, As we adopted in this study the descriptive analytical method and the case study method to answer the dilemma and confirm hypotheses. Through our analysis of the results we determined that the configuration process is an effective method used by the institution to raise the level of performance of its users average their capabilities because of their concrete results after every composition.
