المسؤولية الاجتماعية للموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة "دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات بالجنوب الشرقي

Abstract

هذه الدراسة لبحث واقع تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باعتبارها أحد التحديات التي تواجه إدارة الموارد البشرية، وذلك من خلال تقسيمها إلى مسؤولية اجتماعية داخلية (تهتم بالتوظيف والتكوين وجودة حياة العمال داخل المؤسسة(، ومسؤولية اجتماعية خارجية (تهتم بالخدمات الصحية والإسكان والنقل ومختلف المساهمات الأخلاقية للمؤسسة). ولمعالجة الموضوع تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية شملت عينة مكونة من36 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة بثلاثة ولايات من الجنوب الشرقي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالجنوب الشرقي يختلف باختلاف حجم المؤسسات من جهة وطبيعة نشاط هذه المؤسسات من جهة أخرى.

This study aims to examine the reality of the adoption of social responsibility in small and medium-sized enterprises as one of the challenges facing human resources management, through being divided into internal social responsibility (concerned with employment, training and quality of life of workers in the work)and external social responsibility (health care, housing, transport services and the various ethical contributions to the community). To address the topic, we conducted a field study made up of 36 small and medium enterprises in three states of the south-east sample. The study found out that the adoption of social responsibility small and medium-sized enterprises in the south-east varies depending on the size of the institutions on the one hand and the nature of the activity of these institutions on the other hand.
