تكوين العاملين وتأثيره على الانتاجية المؤسسة دراسة حالة مديرية توزيع ونقل الكهرباء والغاز – ورقلة -

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر عملية التكوين على الإنتاجية بالمؤسسة ، بعتبار التكوين احد اهم الاليات التي تتبعها المؤسسة لهذا الغرض ، وعلى هذا الاساس فقد قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مستخدمي شركة توزيع للكهرباء والغاز للوسط - مديرية التوزيع ورقلة حضري- ،كما إعتمدنا في هته الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و منهج دراسة الحالة للإجابة على الاشكالية والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات. ومن خلال تحليلنا للنتائج توصلنا إلى ان عملية التكوين تعد وسيلة فعالة تستخدمها المؤسسة للرفع من مستوى اداء مستخدميها الرفع من قدراتهم لما لها من نتائج ملموسة بعد كل عملية تكوينية
