واقع و آفاق الابتكارفي الطاقات المتجددة بالجزائر للفترة 2008-2016 دراسة حالة مخبر L.E.N.R.E.Z.A بورقلة

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى محاولة التعرف على واقع وآفاق الابتكار في ميدان الطاقات المــــــتجددة في الجزائر، وإبراز أهمية الابتكار في مواجهة التحديات والصعوبات التي تعترض الحصول على الطاقة المتجددة، وإظهار الأساليب والطرق التي يمكن أن تعتمدها الجزائر لتطبيق الإبتكار الذي يعتبر من العوامل الأساسية للتطور وضرورة حتمية في ظل المتغيرات المتسارعة، ونظرا لأهمية التي تكتسبها الطاقات المتجددة في العالم بصفة عامة والجزائر بصفة خاصة نظرا لمساهمتها في التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية، وأضحى التفكير والبحث عن الإستراتيجيات الفاعلة لازما لتحقيق النمو والتميز، وتبني آلية مناسبة وفق أطر ونظم علمية للتنمية وتحفيز ودعم القدرات الابتكارية في ميدان الطاقات المتجددة، التي تمكنها من خلق حلول أفكار للوضعية التي تعيشها سواء على المستوى التنظيمي أو التكنولوجي، حيث تستعرض الدراسة الابتكارات في ميدان الطاقات المتجددة على المستوى الجزائري، وذلك بدراسة وضعية الابتكار في هذا المجال في مخبر تطوير الطاقات الجديدة والمتجددة في المناطق الجافة والصحراوية، بغية تحديد وضعية الجزائر في مجال الابتكار في الطاقات المتجددة.

This research aims to try and find out the reality and the prospects for innovation in the renewable energy field in Algeria, and to highlight the importance of innovation in the face of challenges and Obstacles hinder access to renewable energy, and to demonstrate the methods and ways that can be adopted by Algeria for the application of innovation, which is one of the fundamental factors for the development and imperative in the light of Variables accelerating, due to the increasing importance of renewable energies in the world in general and Algeria in Especially for its contribution to economic and social development, and has become a thinking and the search for effective strategies necessary to achieve growth and excellence, and the adoption of an appropriate mechanism in accordance with the frameworks and systems scientific development and stimulate and support innovative capacity in the renewable energy field, which enabling them to create ideas of solutions of the situation that prevailed in both the organizational or technological level, where the study reviews the innovations in the renewable energy field on the Algerian-level, as well as the study of the status of innovation in this area in the laboratory to develop new and renewable in dry and desert areas energies, in order to determine the status of Algeria in Innovation in renewable energies.
