Abstract

تقوم البنوك الإسلامية بتمويل الأف ا رد و المؤسسات اعتمادا على مجموعة من الصيغ , ملتزمة في ذلك بمبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية , ومن أهم هذه الصيغ التمويل بالاستصناع و التي تساهم في النشاط الاقتصادي نظير تعدد مجالاتها مثل : العقا ا رت , التجارة , الصناعة .... الخ , إلا أنها تتعرض لمجموعة من المخاطر مما يحتم على البنوك الإسلامية اعتماد مجموعة من الأساليب و الإج ا ر ات لإدارتها . تطرقت هذه الد ا رسة إلى موضوع إدارة مخاطر صيغة التمويل بالاستصناع في البنوك الإسلامية آخذا بنك البركة الج ا زئري نموذجا من خلال التعرض لأهم الأساليب و الإج ا ر ات التي يعتمدها في إدارة مخاطر هذه الصيغة و تم التوصل إلى أن بنك البركة الج ا زئري نجح إلى حد بعيد في إدارة مخاطر هذه الصيغة التمويلية الإسلامية .

The most important of these funding And that contribute to the economic activity peer multiple fields such as real estate , trade , industry ... etc However, they are exposed to a range of risks, which makes it imperative for Islamic banks to adopt a set of methods and procedures to manage. This study touched on the subject of risk funding Istisna'a in Islamic banking management taking Algerian Baraka Bank model through exposure to the most important methods and procedures to be adopted in the risk of this types management and was reached that the Algerian Al Baraka Bank succeeded to a large extent in the risk of these funding types management Islamic .
