أثر دورة حياة الشركة على عوائد اسهمها " حالة بورصة عمان للفترة 2012-2014 "

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى البحث فيما اذا كانت هناك اثر لدورة حياة الشركات المدرجة في بورصة عمان على عوائد اسهمها، مع الاخذ بعين الاعتبار في دراستنا الاقتصار على مرحلة النمو من دورة حياة المؤسسة. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاساليب القياسية باستخدام برنامج 09Eviews وذلك بتقدير نماذج لتفسير العلاقة بين معدل نمو المبيعات وعائد السهم في مرحلة النمو، حيث تظم عينة الدراسة 31 مؤسسة مدرجة في سوق عمان للأوراق المالية، وفقا لمعطيات سنوية لعوائد الاسهم والمبيعات، و ذلك في القطاعين الخدمي والصناعي لفترة ثلاث سنوات من 2012 الى 2014. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى وجود تأثير لمرحلة النمو من دورة حياة الشركة على عوائد اسهمها، حيث اشارت الى ان العلاقة بين معدل نمو رقم الاعمال و عائد السهم هي علاقة طردية.

This study aimed to look into whether there was a trace of the life cycle of listed companies on the returns of shares companies, taking into account in our study limited to the growth phase of the enterprise life cycle. To achieve the objectives of the study were used standard using 09Eviews program styles and by assessing the models to explain the relationship between sales growth and earnings per share in the growth phase, where Which includes the study sample 31 institutions listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, according to annual data for stock returns and sales, and in the sectors service and industry for a period of three years from 2012 to 2014. The study found the presence of the impact of the growth stage of the company's life cycle returns on shares, noting that the relationship between the growth rate of business turnover and earnings per share is a direct correlation.
