Abstract

تترتب عن أنشطة مرحلة الحفر تكاليف جد ضخمة بالنسبة للمؤسسات البترولية، تتمثل في زيادة تكاليف التسيير والفرز والمعالجة، حيث أن تكلفة المعالجة والتخلص من النفايات البترولية تعتمد على كمية ونوعية النفايات، وبالنسبة للبيئة فهناك تلوث وتدهور للمحيط وانتشار للأمراض وتبديد للطاقة وفساد للتربة وفقدان للتنوع الحيوي الخ، وهذا الوضع يلزم المؤسسات البترولية اعتماد استراتيجية واضحة للمحافظة على البيئة والتقليل من التكاليف. وقد سعينا من خلال الدراسة الميدانية، الى كيفية تسيير تكاليف مرحلة الحفر في المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب والاجابة على إشكالية البحث واختبار صحة الفرضيات، اعتمادا على الأسلوب الوصفي ،ENAFOR التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي.
