تقییم مدى نجاح نظام تخطیط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) دراسة مقارنة بین المؤسسة الوطنیة للأشغال في الآبار والمؤسسة الوطنیة للتنقیب

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى نجاح نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة في المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار والمؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب، و إجراء مقارنة بين هاذين النظامين، ومن أجل ذلك تحاول هذه الدراسة معالجة الإشكالية التالية : ما مدى نجاح نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة في مؤسسة ENTP مقارنة بمؤسسة ENAFOR و من أجل الإجابة على هذه الإشكالية اعتمد هذا البحث في الدراسة الميدانية على المقابلة الشخصية والملاحظة. حيث تم التوصل إلى أن أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسة تُسهِم في تحقيق التكامل بين جميع الوظائف في المؤسسة، أما عن مدى النجاح، فقد تم التوصل إلى أنه لم ينجح بالنسبة المتوقعة في كلا المؤسستين، و ذلك لعدة أسباب أهمها عدم اهتمام المؤسستين بإدارة التغيير، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى بعض الفوارق في تطبيق النظام بين المؤسستين أهمها التفاوت في نسبة الاستغلال، وطرق تطبيق بعض السياسات الأمنية.

This study aims at assessing the success of the enterprise resource planning system in the National Enterprise for Work over in the Wells and the National Enterprise for the Exploration, and comparing between these two systems. Thus, the following problematic was raised: To what extent is the success of the enterprise resource planning system in the ENTP enterprise comparing with the ENAFOR Enterprise? To answer this problem, this study has focused in the field study on the personal interview and observation, and it came to a result that the enterprise resource planning systems contributes to the integration of all the functions in the enterprise, and concerning the success ,the study discovered that the success was not as expected in both enterprises, for several reasons; notably the lack of interest in change management for both enterprises, as it was noticed some disparities in applying the system between the two enterprises notably the disparity in the percentage of exploitation, and ways of applying some security policies.
