أثر الإبتكار على مردودية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة حالة المؤسسة الصحية الضياء بورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الابتكار على المردودية في عيادة الضياء الصحية بورقلة، وذلك في ضوء بعض المتغيرات والتي هي أبعاد الابتكار (الابتكار الإداري، الابتكار التقني، الابتكار الإضافي)، وأبعاد المردودية (التكلفة الأقل،المرونة ) وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، للتحقق من تأثير المتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع من خلال الدراسة الميدانية، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في العاملين بعيادة الضياء والبالغ عددهم 52 عامل،إلا أن عينة الدراسة التي تم الاعتماد عليها قدرت بـ:33 عامل، ولقد استخدم الباحث إستبانة لغرض دراسة ومعرفة مدى تأثير الابتكار على مردودية عيادة الضياء، كما اعتمد الباحث في تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات على برنامج الـ: spssمن خلال استخدام بعض الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لفرضيات الدراسة وتساؤلاتها ومنها حساب المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية، حساب صدق الإستبانة وذلك من خلال معامل ألفا، تحليل الانحدار، حساب معامل الارتباط بيرسون، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد توجهات مرتفعة نحو أبعاد الابتكار السائد في عيادة الضياء من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها ويوجد توجه إيجابي نحو المردودية في عيادة الضياء من وجهة نظر العاملين.

The aim of this study leads us to know how far is the influence of the Innovation on profitability at Diaa clinicHealth ouargla, and thus faces some changes which is the Innovation dimensions (management innovation, technical innovation, additional innovation), and the dimensions of cost-effectiveness (cost less, flexibility),by using the analytical descriptive method Our study represanted a set of workers at Diaa clinic totaling about 52 worker , However, the study sample that has been estimated to be reliable 33, Researcher has used the questionnaire for the purpose of study and determine the effect of innovation on the cost-effectiveness of photophobia Clinic, also he adopted the incoming data analysis in questionnaire depending on the program of Spss by using a suitable statistical methods for the hypotheses and its quetions of study, in the other hand accounting the average and standard deviations ; account how far the questionnaire is true and thus through out Alfa coefficient, regression analysis, calculating the correlation coefficient Pearson . The study reached that there is some high orientation over innovation prevailingdemenssion at Diaa clinic from the point of view of its workers also there is some kind of a positive trend towards profitability as a total agreements of its workers.
