Lifting Artificiel Par Une Pompe Électrique Immergée Étude De Cas: Puits Ama#52-Ama#09 Application Sur Le Champ De TFT

Abstract

éSUMé : L'exploitation d'un gisement de pétrole, c'est de ramener les hydrocarbures jusqu'à la surface avec des conditions favorables, en utilisant plusieurs techniques de récupération possibles. Parmi ces techniques les plus fréquemment utilisées l'activation des puits par des pompes électrique immergées (ESP) Ce qui est l'objet de notre recherche. Dans ce mémoire on a proposé d'installer des pompes ESP au niveau des puits AMA#52 et AMA#09, ces derniers étaient en éruption naturelle mais après un certain temps de production ils ont connu une diminution significative du débit d'huile ce qui exige de les activer. On a déterminé aussi le design de chaque puits avec la pompe convenable en obtenant des débits plus grands que l'état actuelle du puits, puis une étude de l'influence de quelques paramètres (WC, fréquences, nombre des étages, diamètre de tubing) sur le débit de production et sur le système globale en utilisant le logiciel « PIPESIM ». Enfin, cette étude se termine par une évaluation économique du système ESP. ملخص: استغلال مكمن بترولي یعني رفع المحروقات من الخزان الى السطح في ظروف ملائمة وبآلیات و تقنیات متاحة ومن بین التقنیات الاكثر استعمالا نذكر تنشیط الابار بواسطة المضخات المغمورة التي ھي محل دراستنا في ھذ البحث. حیث اننا اقترحنا في ھاتھ المذكرة تثبیت مضختین مغمورتین على مستوى البئرین أمساك 52 و أمساك 09 ھذین الاخیرین كانا ثائرین طبیعیا لكن بعد مدة زمنیة من الانتاج شھدا انخفاضا ملحوظا في تدفق البترول مما اوجب تنشیطھما كما تطرقنا ایضا الى انشاء تصمیم لكل بئر بمضخة مناسبة متحصلین على تدفقات أعلى من الحالة الطبیعیة ،اضافة الى دراسة تأثیر بعض المتغیرات (التواتر، عدد الطوابق ، قطر انبوب الانتاج ) على تدفق الانتاج وعلى النظام العام وفي الاخیر تنتھي ھاتھ الدراسة بتقییم اقتصادي لنظام الضخ. .« PIPESIM » باستعمال برنامج Abstract: The exploitation of an oil field is the act of bringing out the hydrocarbures to the surface in favorable conditions, with possible recuperation techniques. Among the most used techniques, there is the activation of oil wells with ESPs which is our research topic. We have proposed in this thesis the installation of ESP pumps at the AMA#52 and AMA#09 wells, which were in a natural eruption but after a while of production they were into a significant decreasing in flow rate which needs their activation. We have established also the design of each well with its pump, by obtaining flow rate bigger than the current state of the well, then a study of the influence of some parameters (WC, frequencies, number of stage, tubing diameter) on the production rate and the global system using PIPESIM software. Finally, this study finishes with an economic evaluation of the ESP system.
