Abstract: the human resources management compose as an organization a necessary and important hub in any organization. No matter what its activity or type is. Where it cares about its most important resources which is the human resource and watch over how to preserve, develope and manage it in the modern concept of «social partner «which depends upon it the production processes and the effectiveness of the company. Through the performance of a set of basic functions such as planning; polarization; training selecting; and ......etc. this helps in achieving the organization mission and achieving the competitive advantage. From that standpoint we will focus in this article on the reality of human resources management in the Algerian company.
