Abstract: Abstract The purpose of the present work is to study the relationship between the organizational climate and the performance of the administrative employees at the University of Djelfa in Algeria. The main organizational background parameters focused on are: Cooperation (feedback), Motivation and workplace environment. To achieve the Performance Assessment, a Likert scale has been submitted to a sample of 133 employees representing 54% of a total set of 260 employees. The use of T- Test technical statistics and the correlation coefficient r, lead to the following results: $1- Although the Workplace Environment within the organization is quite satisfactory, the employees performance would certainly improved and increased by raising salaries (salaries do not seem to meet employees satisfaction) and involving employees in decision making. This requires the implementation of the Empowerment Process to transform employees from passive doing personnel to active one.This would motivate them, and even, to take initiative and innovation. The lack of promotion within the institution seem, to concern expressed by employee. It refrains employees from creativity and performance in the tasks being done
