دراســة إحصــائية تحليلية لمساهمــة القطاعــات الاقتصاديــة في السياســة الإقتصاديــــة الكليــــة الجزائرية خــلال الفتـــــرة (1969 – 2013)

Abstract

يمكن وصف الظروف التي عمل في ظلها الاقتصاد الجزائري منذ الاستقلال وإلى غاية اليوم بأنها ظروف اتسمت في ظاهرها بالتّغير، حيث تعدّدت التّوجهات السياسية، وتعاقبت حكومات، وكان لكلّ منها سياسات وبرامج اقتصادية واجتماعية مختلفة ... ؛ ولا شك أن لهذه التوجهات المتباينة في أهمّيتها من فترة إلى أخرى - تبعا للأولوية المخصصة لكل قطاع في هذه السياسات وهذه البرامج- آثارها على أداء مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية التي تشكِّل الاقتصاد الجزائري حاضرا ومستقبلا. نحاول أن نعرض في هذا العمل بعض النّتائج المتوصل إليها في دراسةٍ تحليلية إحصائية لتشخيص سلوك مساهمة القطاعات الاقتصادية الجزائريّة في إجمالي النّاتج الخام للفترة الممتدّة بَيْنَ سنتَيْ 1969و 2013. بالاعتماد على بعض مؤشرات الإحصاء الوصفي، وباستعمال طريقة المركبات الرئيسية (ACP) وطريقة التّحليل العنقودي الهرمي (Hierarchical Cluster). تمكّنا من تحقيق الهدف الأساسي المتمثل في تصنيف كلٍّ من القطاعات الاقتصادية من جهة، وسنوات الدراسة (المشاهدات) من جهة أخرى في مجموعات جزئية متمايزة، تعكس درجة التشابه في السلوك وبالتّالي الآداء، ويُعزى هذا التّمايز إلى عامل الزّمن الذي يعبر عن البيئة التي يعمل فيها الاقتصاد الجزائري. تفسيرات متعددة يُمكن تقديمها لهذه النّتائج التي يُمكن استخدامها في التنبؤ بحالة الاقتصاد الجزائري مستقبلا (Ceteris paribus).

Can describe the circumstances that work in the shadow of the Algerian economy since independence and to this day as conditions characterized in the face of change, where there were many political orientations , and successive governments, and each had economic and social programs different policies...;There is no doubt that these disparate trends in the importance of period to another - depending allocated to each sector in these policies for priority -software and these effects on various economic sectors that make up the Algerian economy present and future performance. We try to offer in this work some results reached at the statistical analytical study to diagnose the behavior of the contribution of the Algerian economic sectors in the total crude output for the period between the years 1969 and 2013. Based on some descriptive statistics indicators , and using Principal Component (ACP) and the method of cluster analysis hierarchy ( Hierarchical Cluster). We managed to achieve the main goal of the rating of each of the sectors of the economy on the one hand, and years of schooling (views) on the other hand in subsets differentiated , reflecting the degree of similarity in behavior and thus performance, attributed this differentiation to the time that reflects the environment in which the economy is operating factor The Algerian. Multiple explanations can be offered for these results can be used in forecasting the Algerian economy in the future (Ceteris paribus).
