دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تطوير الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية ( دراسة حالة مؤسسة موبيليس - فرع ورقلة - ) في الفترة مارس 2015

Abstract

تتركز هذه الدراسة على واحدة من الموضوعات المهمة التي تخص اتصالات الجزائر ألا وهي ادارة الجودة الشاملة، والتي تعتبر عملية تحسين وتطوير المهام لانجاز عملية ما، حيث سنوضح الترابط الشديد بينها وبين الميزة التنافسية وصولا إلى مرتبة متميزة من الأداء، ومن اجل تحقيق هذه الغاية قامت الباحثة بتحليل احصائي لأراء عدد من الموظفين من مؤسسة موبيليس الناشطة بولاية ورقلة للوقوف على واقع ادارة الجودة الشاملة بها، باعتبار هذه الاخيرة مرتكزا اساسيا للاتصالات وقد حاولنا التعرف على مدى التزام مؤسسة موبيليس بإبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة، تم اختبار صحة العلاقة بين الميزة التنافسية لموبيليس وعناصر ادارة الجودة الشاملة وخلصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من اهمها على مؤسسة موبيليس التركيز اكثر على المشاركة الكاملة لأننا لاحظنا نقص اهتمام في هذا الجانب وذلك من خلال تعزيز وتشجيع الاداء الجماعي الفعال وتنمي روح العمل المتكامل والاستفادة من القدرات الابداعية والمهارات العلمية. على مؤسسة موبيليس أن تهتم اكثر بتطوير التعاون بين وظائفها والتعرف على احتياجات بعضها من الموارد المادية والبشرية والفنية المساعدة على دعم التحسين المستمر
