Abstract: Chronic diseases are a major treat on individuals and communities, and they are the most common diseases and causes of death in the industrialized world as well as in the developing one , which are the diseases of social change and industrial modernization. Algeria Like the other developing societies suffering from these diseases and high mortality rates, the mortality rate of chronic diseases was 63% according to the 2008 census, therefore, we hope through this work to highlight the prevalence of blood pressure and diabetes as the first rank in terms of the order of these diseases. and the heart diseases as an inevitable result to previous diseases, and how are distributed by age groups and the quality of the population in Algeria, as well as the study of their rates by geographical regions and place of residence with the highlight of the reasons behind this spread and distribution.This work not only highlighted what was mentioned earlier, But also to build expectations for these diseases in the short, medium and even long term
