اثر عدد فئة الامراض المزمنة على نفقات صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي للتامينات الاجتماعية للعمال الاجراء دراسة قياسية المولودون في الفترة 1907-2015 وكالة ورقلة

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة علاقة المحدد الرئيسي و هو عدد المنخرطين في الصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأجراء ، و مساهمته الكبيرة في نفقات صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي الموجهة لفئة الأمراض المزمنة خلال المولودون في الفترة ( 1907-2015)، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ومنهج التحليل القياسي من حيث صياغة، بناء ، تقدير النموذج القياسي، تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة ما مدى تأثير عدد المنخرطين من فئة الأمراض المزمنة ،على نفقات الصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأجراء –وكالة ورقلة- على المدى القريب و كيفية الحفاظ عليها و تناولت الدراسة أهم المؤثرات الخارجية للحفاظ على هذا المكسب حتى ليصيبه ما أصاب صندوق التقاعد و تحديد المستويات يمكن أن يجنب الصندوق الإفلاس لان مدا خيل الصندوق تعتمد بالأساس على اشتراكات العمال، و باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط مبرزين في ذالك طريقة المربعات الصغرى لاختبار صحة النموذج والأهمية النسبية للمتغيرات المختلفة التي قد يكون لها تأثير قي نفقات الصندوق ، استنتجنا أفضل نموذج إحصائي و الذي بينت نتائجه المقدرة أن نفقات الصندوق له علاقة طردية بينه و بين كل المتغير التفسيري محل الدراسة و هو مساهمته المنخرطين في الصندوق و اشتراكاتهم الشهرية و لقد طرح مشكل ضمان و تامين ميزانية الصندوق خوفا من عدوة الإفلاس التي أصابت صندوق التقاعد ، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحقیق استقرار اقتصادي للسيطرة على العوامل و المتغيرات الاقتصادية المؤثرة في نفقات الصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأجراء -وكالة ورقلة .

This study dealt with the relationship between the main determinant and the number of participants in the Social Security Fund for the workers.
