Abstract

ملخص: عقب أحداث الحادي عشر من سبتمبر توجهت الولايات المتحدة الامريكية نحو إستراتيجية مكافحة الإرهاب، ففي ظل هذه الإستراتيجية أضحت منطقة الشرق الأوسط أحد أولويات الإدارات الأمريكية المتعاقبة وذلك للتطور السريع الذي تشهده هذه المنطقة وبروز العديد من التنظيمات الإرهابية بها، ونظرا لأهمية هذه المنطقة اقتصاديا وإستراتيجيا سعت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية نحو تطويق منطقة الشرق الأوسط لمنع التهديدات من جهة والخوف من بروز قوة أخرى في المنطقة من جهة أخرى وذلك بوضع برامج دعم عسكرية وأمنية وإنشاء قواعد عسكرية في المنطقة شكلت الأزمة السورية بروز الفوضى في منطقة الشرق الأوسط والتي أدت إلى دخول قوى إقليمية ودولية متصارعة في الأزمة، وبروز تنظيم الدولة الإرهابي كأحد أطراف الصراع الأكثر خطرا في الأزمة، فسعت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية إلى الإطاحة بالنظام السوري في الوقت نفسه محاربة تنظيم الدولة الإرهابي ومحاولة أيضا لعب دور ابارز في الأزمة نظرا لبروز الدو

Résumé: Après les événements du Septembre athée dirigé vers les Etats-Unis d'Amérique en vue d'une stratégie de lutte contre le terrorisme.
