المعالجة الإعلامية لمرض سرطان الثدي في التلفزيون الجزائري "دراسة تحليلية لبرنامج إرشادات طبية"

Abstract

تتمحور الدراسة حول "المعالجة الإعلامية لمرض سرطان الثدي في التلفزيون الجزائري"دراسة تحليلية لبرنامج إرشادات طبية" بحيث صيغت الاشكالية على النحو التالي : كيف عالج التلفزيون الجزائري موضوع مرض سرطان الثدي من خلال برنامج ارشادات طبية ؟ و باتباع المراحل المنهجية استعنا بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي والعينة القصدية المتمثلة في اربع حلقات من شهر أكتوبر2016. كما استخدمنا اداة تحليل المضمون والملاحظة في تحليل البرنامج شكلا ومضمونا.وقد توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية : - تناول البرنامج موضوع مرض سرطان الثدي من مختلف جوانبه فتطرق لمواضيع متعددة تتمثل في : التعريف بمرض سرطان الثدي مع ذكر أعراضه على الجسم، ومعرفة أهم العوامل والأسباب التي تؤدي للإصابة بالمرض كما تم الحديث عن طرق العلاج والوقاية .يهدف إلى تقديم النصائح والإرشادات للنساء للوقاية من مرض سرطان الثدي، البرنامج يميل إلى تحيق الأهداف الوقائية من خلال تقديمه للنصائح والإرشادات للجمهور.برنامج إرشادات طبية يستهدف كافة شرائح المجتمع والنساء بصفة خاصة لأن مرض سرطان الثدي مرتبط عادة مع النساء ،ويمكننا القول أنه من خلال تحليلنا للبرنامج أن كافة الجمهور الواسع يستهدفه البرنامج وهذا من أجل توعيتهم وتقديم النصائح وكذا طرق الوقاية وسبل العلاج .وظف البرنامج عدة استمالات اقناعية منها الاستمالة العاطفية التي تستهدف التأثير في وجدان المشاهد ومخاطبة حواسه من أجل اقناعه ، كما استخدم برنامج إرشادات طبية الاستمالة العقلية التي تعتمد على تقديم الحجج المنطقية والشواهد والبرهان الاستمالة التخويفية وتم توظيفها في الحصة من أجل إحداث الخوف والتحذير بخطورة هذا المرض.استخدم برنامج إرشادات طبية أنماط صحفية مختلفة كالحوار و الروبورتاج و البورتري،وقد طغى الحوار على بقية الأنماط الأخرى وهذا يعود إلى طبيعة البرنامج الحوارية الذي يستلزم الحوار مع مختلف شخصيات والضيوف.

The study focuses on the media treatment of breast cancer in Algerian television, "An Analytical Study of a Medical Guidance Program," in which the problem was shaped as follows: How did Algerian television address the issue of breast cancer through a medical guidance program? By following the methodological stages, we used the analytical descriptive method and the objective sample of four episodes of October 2016. We also used the content analysis tool and the observation in the analysis of the program in form and content .The study found the following results: The program dealt with the subject of breast cancer in various aspects, addressing several topics:. Definition of breast cancer with its symptoms on the body, and to know the most important factors and causes of the disease is the talk of treatment and prevention methods. aims to provide advice to women to prevent breast cancer, the program tends to meet the goals of prevention by providing advice and guidance to the public. A medical guidance program targeting all segments of society and women in particular because breast cancer is usually associated with women, and we can say that through our analysis of the program that the general public is targeted by the program and this in order to educate them and provide advice as well as methods of prevention and treatment The program used several persuasive techniques, including emotional grooming aimed at influencing the viewer's senses and addressing his senses in order to persuade him. He also used a mental guidance program based on the presentation of rational arguments, evidence and proof of disguise, and was used in the lecture to create fear and warning about the seriousness of the disease. The medical guidance program used different types of journalism, such as dialogue, talkback, and portraiture, and the dialogue dominated the rest of the other patterns. This is due to the nature of the dialogue program, which requires dialogue with various personalities and guests.
