أثر التأمين الفلاحي على الأنتاج الفلاحي بالجزائر خلال 2000-2016 دراسة حالة الصندوق الجهوي لتعاون الفلاحي بورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى البحث في اثر التامين الفلاحي كأداة من ادوات حماية من مخاطر الفلاحية وزيادة الاستثمار في مجال الفلاحة على تنمية القطاع الفلاحي و علاقة التي تربطهما خلال فترة 2000-2016 , ففي الدول المتقدمة يلعب التأمين الفلاحي دور كبيرا في التنمية الفلاحية وخلصت الدراسة الى ان تأثير التامين الفلاحي على التنمية الفلاحية ضعيف جدا , كما اظهرت الدراسة القياسية اجود علاقة قوية بين التامين الفلاحي والتنمية الفلاحية و قمنا بارجاع هذه العلاقة لاجود تشابك كبير بين مؤسسات التامين و الحكومة , لذلك فان اصلاحات في مجال التامين الفلاحي ام تحقق الاهداف المرجوة منها لعدم توفر مقومات نجاحها في الجزائر .
