دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين إدارة الموارد البشرية دراسة ميدانية لعمال الشركة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء ENAGEO

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء بحاسي مسعود، وبإعتبار أن المؤسسة في العصر الحديث تواجه حالة من التحدي نتيجة للثورة العلمية والتكنولوجية في جميع الميادين وما نجم عنه من تعقد مهام الإدارة ومتطلباتها وما يلزمها لمواكبة هذا التغيير لضمان الإستمرار، وبإعتبار أن إدارة الموارد البشرية بما تملكه من مهارات هي أداة تمكن المؤسسة من رفع أدائها فلجأت إلى تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتساعدها على التسيير الفعال للموارد البشرية مما يساهم في رفع أدائها. تدخل هذه الدراسة في تخصص تكنولوجيا الإتصال الجديدة، ولقد قمنا فيها بالإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة التالي "ما هو دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين إدارة الموارد البشرية؟" وللإجابة عليه إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة،وإخترناالإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ووزّع إستبيان الدراسة على عينة قصدية من عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء، ومنه تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى فصلين إثنين، الأول المتمثل في الإطار المنهجي للدراسة أما الثاني فتناول الجانب الميداني من خلاله تم عرض وتحليل ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة.

Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle des technologies d'informations dans le but d’améliorer la gestion des ressources humaines de l’entreprise Nationale de Géophysique située à HASSI MESSAOUD, tout en considérant que l’entreprise fonctionne dans une époque moderne et confrontée à des contestations suite à la révolution scientifique et technologique dans tous les domaines résultant des fonctions de gestion et les exigences nécessaires pour suivre ce changement pour assurer la continuité.

Étant donné que la gestion des ressources humaines, y compris ses fonds de connaissances et de compétences de l'organisation, est en mesure d'améliorer les performances de l'outil IT pour l’aider à recourir à la gestion efficace des ressources humaines, ce qui contribue à augmenter ses performances.

Dans cette intervention d'étude dans la spécialité des nouvelles technologies de communication, nous avons obtenu la réponse à la question principale de l'étude suivante, « Quel est le rôle des technologies de l'information pour améliorer la gestion des ressources humaines ? » Pour toute réponse, celle-ci repose sur l'approche descriptive analytique, et sur la nature de l'étude, comme outil de collecte de données et distribue une étude de questionnaire de l’entreprise National de Géophysique concernant un échantillon de travailleurs, par ailleurs, l'étude a été divisée en deux chapitres, le premier entre dans le cadre méthodologique le second porte sur le côté du terrain, à travers lequel il a été ressorti, et l'analyse, et la discussion des résultats de l'étude.

The main purpose of this study is to show the effective role of information technology in improving human resources at Geophysics National Company. And seeing that the organization is facing a challenge nowadays due to scientific and technological revolution in all fields which results the need for it to keep pace with this change to ensure sustainability of the company. Information technology enables the company to increase its performance to help to effectively manage human resources. This study is included in a new communication technology field and we have answered the main question of the following study: “What is the main role of IT in improving human resources?” .for answering that, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach which fits with the nature of the study, we have chosen a thorough inquiry that has been distributed to most of the employees as a tool to collect all data. The study was divided into two chapters, the first one is about the methodological framework of the study and the second dealt with the field side, through which the results of the study were presented, analyzed and discussed
