تأثير التعلم التنظيمي على الاداء الوظيفي دراسة لعينة من المؤسسات الخدماتية في ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث الى ابراز التأثير التعلم التنظيمي على الاداء الوظيفي في المؤسسات الخدمية، من خلال العلاقة بين ابعاد التعلم التنظيمي (البعد الإستراتيجي، البعد التنظيمي، البعد الثقافي) وتأثيره على مستوى الاداء الوظيفي، و من اجل جمع المعلومات في الجانب النظري تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، اما بالنسبة للجانب الميداني تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، و فيما يخص ادوات الدراسة فقد تم استخدام الاستبيان كاداة رئيسية اضافة الى الادوات الاحصائية من اجل عملية التحليل، و تم توزيع 149 استمارة، وحللت البيانات المتحصل عليها بواسطة (spss) وبالاستعانة بالمجدول(Excel 2007)، وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموع من النتائج أهمها: ان هناك تأثير لأبعاد التعلم التنظيمي (البعد الإستراتيجي، البعد التنظيمي) على مستوى الاداء في المؤسسات عينة الدراسة.

The purpose of this research is to highlight the impact of organizational learning on the performance of service institutions through the relationship between the dimensions of organizational learning (strategic dimension, organizational dimension, cultural dimension) and its impact on the level of job performance. In order to collect information in theory, The descriptive approach and the analytical method were used. In terms of the study tools, the questionnaire was used as a main tool in addition to the statistical tools for the analysis process, samples were distributed 149 and the data obtained were analyzed using (spss) and (Excel 2007), The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is an effect on the level of performance in the sample of the study.
