Approche sur les causes de dégradation de la palmeraie de N’goussa

Abstract

Valley Ouargla, part of oasis ecosystem, contains significant agricultural potential made possible by a significant agricultural heritage in quantity and quality associated with intercropping. With all the constraints that limit agricultural development. This work aims to: identifying problems and agro-technical constraints and their impact on agricultural development in the region Ouargla. The palm plantation of N'goussa represented the source of income of the wider population. The current situation of this palm plantation is in the process of degradation because of several constraints Our information on the history of the population in Ouargla and the palm plantation and its evolution in addition to our results of investigation enabled us to give explanations of the current situation and to arise the origins of the constraints of the degradation of this inheritance, which are mainly: bad hydrous stock management, bad adjustment of urban space as well as the degradation of vegetable cover and other constraints related primarily to the socio-economic changes of the oasis of N'goussa. The identification of the constraints of degradation of this palm plantation allowed us to suggest some solutions to rehabilitate and preserve this inheritance.

La vallée de Ouargla, faisant partie de l’écosystème oasien, recèle des potentialités agricoles importantes rendues possibles par un patrimoine agricole appréciable en quantité et en qualité, associé à des cultures intercalaires. Toutes ces contraintes limitent le développement agricole de cette région. Notre objectif est de déterminer les principales contraintes responsables de la dégradation de la palmeraie de n'goussa Nos informations sur l'historique de la population ouarglie et sur la palmeraie et son évolution en plus de nos résultats d'enquête nous ont permis de donner des explications de la situation actuelle et de ressortir les origines des contraintes de la dégradation de ce patrimoine, qui sont principalement: la mauvaise gestion des ressources hydriques, un mauvais aménagement de l'espace urbain ainsi que la dégradation du couvert végétal et d'autres contraintes liées essentiellement aux mutations socio- économiques de l'oasis du N'goussa. L'identification des contraintes de dégradation de cette palmeraie nous ont permis de proposer quelques solutions pour réhabiliter et préserver ce patrimoine

منطقة ورقلة التي تنتمي إلى الوسط البيئي الواحاتي تحتوي على قدرات زراعية هامةأدت إلى زيادة أهمية هذه المنطقة زراعيا رغم العوائق التي تحد من تطور هذا القطاع. هدفنا هو تحديد المعوقات الرئيسية المسؤولة عن تدهور النخيل في النقوسةبالاضافة الى المعلومات التي لدينا على السكان والنخيل في ورقلة تمكنا من الحصول على نتائج تسمح لنا بشرح الوضع الحالي لتدهور هذا التراث والمتمثلة في سوء ادارة الموارد المائية اضافة الى سوء ادارة الحيز الحضاري وكذلك تدهور الغطاء النباتي و غيرها من المشاكل المتعلقة بالتغييرات الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية لواحة النقوسة. ان معرفة المشاكل الاساسية لتدهور هذا النخيل قد مكننا منتقديم بعض الحلول لاعادة تاهيل والحفاظ على الثراث
