Analyse de la chute des Potentiels de Production des Puits de Rahlet-El-Aouda et leurs Optimisations par des Forages Horizontaux

Abstract

Since its start-up in early July 2016, a decline in production of the RAA field was observed and this since October of the same year. The current production of the five active wells revolves around 30 m3 / hr after stabilizing at 70 m3 / hr at the beginning of the current year. The exploitation of the field has become complicated and subject to various flow insurance constraints (migration of fines, salt, asphalt, water conning ...). Several interventions were initiated without being able to restore the potential of the wells. The drilling of the new horizontal wells and the reconversion wells to Short Radius in the RAA field will give new impetus. This choice has several technical and economic advantages that can help in the development of the field and is a better action to remedy the problems of exploitation. Key words: Well performance, production drop, flow insurance, reconversion well to Short Radius, Horizontal Wells.Depuis sa mise en production au début de Juillet 2016, un déclin de production du champ RAA fut observée et ce depuis Octobre de la même année. La production actuelle des cinq puits actifs tourne autour 30 m3/hr après s’être stabilisée à 70 m3/hr au début de l’année en cours. L'exploitation du champ est devenue compliquée et soumis à des contraintes de flow assurance divers (migration des fines, sel, asphalte, water conning ...). Plusieurs interventions ont été initiées sans pouvoir restaurer le potentiel des puits. La réalisation des nouveaux puits en drains horizontaux et la reprise en Short Radius des puits dans le champ de RAA portera un nouvel élan. Ce choix possède plusieurs atouts techniques et économiques pouvant aidés au développement du champ et s’avère une meilleure action pour remédier aux problèmes d'exploitations.
