Gestion d’une chaîne logistique -application à une entreprise productive-

Abstract

Chaque entreprise productive cherche à poursuivre son travail professionnel et à réussir, et comme la chaîne logistique joue un rôle très important dans les différentes phases de production et de distribution, Elle doit suivre une stratégie d'appr ovisionnement applicable et adaptable aux différentes situations et les gérer d’une manière efficace. A cet effet, notre travail participe par l’éclaircissement des institutions productives qui ne suivent pas les méthodes adaptables à leur gestion des chaînes logistiques que ces méthodes permirent de donner des valeurs ajoutées. Dans ce sens, nous avons travaillé sur une méthode de gestion des stocks qui nommé méthode de point à commande afin d’améliorer la gestion de stock de matière première de l'entreprise"DELIBA" et nous avons obtenu des résultats très positifs par rapport à la méthode adoptée par l'institution

Every productive company seeks to continue its professional work and to succeed, and since the supply chain plays a very important role in the various prod uction and distribution phases, it must follow an applicable procurement strategy adaptable to the different situations and manage them in an efficient manner. To this end, our work contributes by clarifying the productive institutions, which do not follow the methods adaptable to their management of logistic chains that these methods allowed to give values added. In this sense, we worked on a stock management method called a point -to-order method in order to improve the management of the raw material stock of the company "DELIBA" and we obtained very positive results compared to the method adopted by the institution.
