علاقة الصلابة النفسية بفاعلية الذات لدى مستشاري التوجيه دراسة ميدانية بولايتي ورقلة – الوادي

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية و فاعلية الذات لدى مستشاري التوجيه ، و قد حددت التساؤلات التالية : 1- ما علاقة الصلابة النفسية بفاعلية الذات لدى مستشاري التوجيه ؟ 2- هل تختلف الفاعلية الذاتية لدى مستشاري التوجيه بإختلاف الأقدمية ؟ 3- هل تختلف الفاعلية الذاتية لدى مستشاري التوجيه بإختلاف المستوى التعليمي ؟ 4- هل تختلف الفاعلية الذاتية لدى مستشاري التوجيه بإختلاف التخصص الدراسي ؟ تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، و تمثلت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (100) مستشار توجيه بولايتي (ورقلة – الوادي)، تم إختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة بإختلاف الأقدمية و المستوى التعليمي و التخصص الدراسي . كما تم الإعتماد في جمع البيانات على مقياسين و هما : - مقياس الصلابة النفسية من إعداد عماد محمد أحمد مخيمر (2002) و قام بشير معمرية في (2011) بتعديل المقياس و ذلك بما يناسب البيئة الجزائرية . - مقياس فاعلية الذات من إعداد محمد السيد عبد الرحمان (1998) و قام بشير معمرية (2010) بتعديل المقياس و ذلك بما يناسب البيئة الجزائرية . لقد تم التأكد من الخصائصها السيكومترية و بعد جمع البيانات و تفريغها تمت المعالجة الإحصائية، بإستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS19 ) و تم إختيار الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية : معامل الإرتباط بيرسون ، إختبار T.Test إختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي Anova . توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : 1- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الصلابة النفسية و فاعلية الذات لدى مستشاري التوجيه . 2- لا توجد فروق في فاعلية الذات بين مستشاري التوجيه بإختلاف الأقدمية . 3- لا توجد فروق في فاعلية الذات بين مستشاري التوجيه بإختلاف للمستوى التعليمي . 4- لا توجد فروق في فاعلية الذات بين مستشاري التوجيه بإختلاف للتخصص الدراسي . أخيرا خلاصة و إقتراحات في ضوء الدراسات السابقة .

The present study aims to revealing the nature of the relationship between the psychological rigidity and self efficiency of the guidance counselor in secondary school, based on the following questions: - What is the relationship between psychological rigidity and self efficiency at the guidance counselor in secondary school? - Does self efficiency vary according to the seniority of the guidance counselor? - Does self efficiency vary according to the academic specialization of the guidance counselor? - Does self efficiency vary according to the educational level of the guidance counselor? level of the guidance counselor in secondary school The descriptive correlational approach was used in this study, which was conducted with a sample of 100 guidance counselors randomly selected by simple random sampling method, from the governorates of Ouargla and Eloued according to the seniority, academic specialization and educational level. Two measures were administrated in collecting data: - Psychological rigidity scale by Imad Mohammed Ahmed Mekhimer (2002) modified by Bachir Maammria in (2011) to suit the Algerian environment - self efficiency measure prepared by Mohamed El-Sayed Abdel-Rahman (1998) modified by Bachir Maammria in (2010) to suit the Algerian environment After data collection and unloading, statistical processing was carried out using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS 19). The following statistical measures were chosen: Correlation coefficient of Pearson, Student test (T test), One way variance analysis (ANOVA) The study concluded with the following results: - There is a statistically significant relation between psychological rigidity and self efficiency of the guidance counselors in the secondary school - There are no differences in the self efficiency among the guidance counselors in the secondary school according to seniority - There are no differences in the self efficiency among the guidance counselors in the secondary school according to academic specialization - There are no differences in the self efficiency among the guidance counselors in the secondary school according to educational level Finally, we concluded with a summary and suggestions in the light of previous studies .
