Abstract: This study aims at highlighting FDI inflows in Saudi Arabia. Given the importance of foreign direct investment (FDI), Saudi Arabian decision-makers have been increasingly attracted by the implementation of economic reform programs that have weighed on developments The private sector has been opened to the private sector through the privatization of public institutions and the enactment of several investment legislations to encourage domestic and foreign investment.
