المعالجة الإعلامية للأزمة المالية في الجزائر ‹‹ دراسة وصفية تحليلية لصحيفة الشروق اليومي›› من 01 جانفي2017 إلى 31 ديسمبر 2017

Abstract

تمحور موضوع دراستنا حول المعالجة الإعلامية للازمة المالية في الجزائر وذلك في الفترة الممتدة من 01 جانفي 2017 إلى 31 ديسمبر 2017 مستخدمين بذلك جريدة الشروق اليومي. هدفت دراستنا إلى التعرف على الكيفية التي عالجت بها جريدة الشروق اليومي موضوع الأزمة المالية في الجزائر 2017 وذلك من خلال معرفة المواضيع التي تناولتها صحيفة الشروق اليومي والتي تهم الموضوع محل الدراسة وكذا معرفة حجم اهتمام الصحيفة بهذا الموضوع. وقد أجرينا الدراسة على عينة من جريدة الشروق اليومي تمثلت في 32 عددا مسحوبا بالطريقة العشوائية المنتظمة من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي. واعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على منهج المسح بالعينة، مستخدمين أداة تحليل المضمون وقسمت الإستمارة لثلاث محاور رئيسية وهي: المحور البيانات الشخصية والمحور الثاني يحتوي على فئات الشكل ) كيف قيل؟( والمحور الثالث يحتوي على فئات المضمون ) ماذا قيل؟(. وأخيرا توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج ومن أهمها: ـ اهتمت صحيفة الشروق اليومي بموضوع الأزمة المالية في الجزائر وحيثياته وتطوراته كحدث مهم ومتداول وهذا بمساحة لا تخلو من دلالة من خلال المساحة الإجمالية التي خصصتها للموضوع. ـ خصصت الصحيفة صفحات ومواقع جد مهمة لكل مواضيع الدراسة حيث كان توزيع المواضيع متميزا إلى درجة كبيرة وان أكثر من نصف المواضيع تم نشرها في الصفحات الداخلية اليسرى إضافة إلى التي نشرت في الصفحة الأولى والأخيرة وهو ما يؤكد أو يثبت أن الموضوع يدخل ضمن اهتمامات وأولويات الصحيفة. ـ أظهرت نسب وبيانات الدراسة أن تناول المواضيع في الصحيفة لم يتم بشكل متوازن حيث تم التركيز على مواضيع معينة بصفة كبيرة على حساب مواضيع أخرى والتي كانت فيها نسب المعالجة قليلة. ـ فيما يخص الوظائف نجد أن الصحيفة سعت لتحقيق وظيفتين أساسيتين ألا وهما الإخبار والإعلام والتفسير وهذا لأهمية وجودها في التحرير الصحفي و معا هذا فإنها لم تهمل الوظائف الآخر كتقديم حلول والتاريخ وتوثيق الأحداث. الكلمات المفتاحية: صحيفة الشروق، المعالجة الإعلامية، الأزمة المالية.

The subject of our study on the media treatment of the financial crisis in Algeria was in the period from January 10, 2017 to December 31, 2017, using echourouk elyawmi Newspaper. Our study aimed at identifying how echourouk elyawmi dealt with the issue of the financial crisis in Algeria 2017 by knowing the topics dealt with by echourouk elyawmi newspaper, which are of interest to the subject in question, as well as the size of the newspaper's interest in this subject. We conducted a study on a sample of the daily newspaper Al-Shorouq, which consisted of 32 numbers using a sustematie reamdom ample. In this study, we used the sample survey methodology. using, the content analysis tool, and divided its format into three main axes: the personal data axis and the second axis contains the form categories (how was said؟) And the third axis contains content categories (what was said؟). Finally, we reached a number of results, the most important of which are: - echourouk elyawmi newspaper dealt with the issue of the financial crisis in Algeria and its prospects and developments as an important and deliberative event, and this is a number of topics that it devoted to the subject of the study. -The newspaper devoted very important pages and sites to all the subjects of the study. The distribution of the topics was highly significant and more than half of the subjects were published in the left inner pages in addition to the first and last pages, priorities of the newspaper. -The results of the study showed that the subjects in the paper were not balanced in that the subjects were highly focused on other topics in which the treatment were low. -As for goals, we find that the newspaper sought to achieve two basic functions, namely, news, media, interpretation and analysis, and this is because of the importance of its presence in the journalistic editing.
