استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال من طرف أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وانعكاسها على التلاميذ (دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة المعوقين سمعيًا والمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للمعوقين ذهنيًا (1و2) بمدينة ورقلة)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على استخدام أعضاء هيئة تدريس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وانعكاسها على التلاميذ ،من خلال معرفة عادات وأنماط استخدامهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال أثناء عملية التدريس ، إضافة إلى معرفة دوافعهم من استخدامهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال أثناء عملية التدريس ، وأيضا التعرف على أهم الإشباعات التي يحققونها من استخدامهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال أثناء عملية التدريس ، وكذل الصعوبات التي يتعرضون لها عند استخدامهم هذه التكنولوجيا ، وللتعرف على هذا قمنا بتصميم استمارة استبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين والمتمثلين في جميع أعضاء هيئة تدريس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والبالغ عددهم (40) فردا على مستوى مراكز ومؤسسات تدريس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمدينة ورقلة ، واعتمدنا على المنهج المسحي كما اتبعنا طريقة المسح الشامل نظرا لمحدودية الأفراد المبحوثين ، وتوصلنا في الأخير إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها : أن أعضاء هيئة تدريس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة يستخدمون تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال حسب الحاجة إليها نسبة ،أعضاء هيئة تدريس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة يتحكمون بدرجة متوسطة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ،البرامج التي يستخدمها أعضاء هيئة التدريس في عملية التدريس في مؤسسات ومراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة هي برامج الممارسة والتمرين ،و أن دافعهم هو الاطلاع على أخر التطورات في مجال تدريس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وكذلك اكتساب مهارات جديدة و خبرات ،أن الإشباعات التي يحققها أعضاء هيئة تدريس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من استخدامهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال هي التحصيل العلمي الجيد لدى التلاميذ الفهم الجيد من خلال تمييز الأشياء و بناء المفاهيم السليمة بالإضافة إلى تحميل كتب خاصة في مجال تخصصهم أن جل أعضاء هيئة تدريس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة يواجهون صعوبات عند استخدامهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال الجديدة أثناء عملية التدريس ومن بين هذه الصعوبات قلة الأجهزة والوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة في المؤسسات والمراكز التي يعملون فيها .

The aim of this study is to identify the use of ICT by students with special needs, by understanding the habits and patterns of their use of information and communication technology during the teaching process, in addition to knowing their motivation to use information and communication technology during the teaching process, Of their use of information and communication technology during the teaching process, as well as the difficulties they face when using this technology. To learn about this, we designed a questionnaire to collect data from the (40) individuals at the level of educational centers and institutions with special needs in the city of Ouargla, and we relied on the survey method. That teaching staff with special needs use information and communication technology as needed, proportion of teaching staff with special needs who control a medium degree in information and communication technology. The programs used by teaching staff in the institutions and centers of people with special needs are programs of practice and training, And that their motivation is to learn about the latest developments in the field of teaching people with special needs as well as the acquisition of new skills and experiences, that the satisfaction achieved by faculty members with special needs from the use of information technology and communication The good understanding of students through the distinction of things and the construction of sound concepts in addition to the loading of special books in their field that most faculty members with special needs face difficulties when using new information and communication technology during the teaching process, including the lack of devices And modern technological means in the institutions and centers in which they work..
