أثر الهيكل المالي على إستمرارية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة -دراسة عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية ورقلة خلال الفترة (2014-2015)-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الهيكل المالي على إستمرارية المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة بولاية ورقلة خلال الفترة 2014-2015، وكذا قياس واختبار مدى تأثير نسب الهيكل المالي على إستمرارية المؤسسة .ولتحقيق أهىداف الدراسة تم استخدام أسلوب االإنحدار التدريجي لإختبار الفرضيات . و توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر للهيكل المالي على إستمرارية المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ، حيث تم التوصل إلى أن نسبة الأموال الخاصة إلى إجمالي الأصول لها تأثير سلبي ضعيف على إستمرارية المؤسسة، كما أن لنسبة إجمالي الديون إلى حقوق الملكية تأثير إيجابي قوي مع إستمرارية المؤسسة المعبر عنها بقيمة نماذج التعثر المالي

This study has two main objectives, the first one is to identify the impact of financial structure on the continuity of small and medium sized enterprises in Ouargla over the period 2014-2015. The second objective is to measure and test the impact of the financial structure ratio on the enterprise .continuity. To achieve the objectives of this study we have used the method of gradual regression to test hypotheses. The results of this study show that there is an impact of the financial structure on the Continuity of small and medium sized enterprises. Also, we found that the ratio of private funds to total assets has a negative impact on the business continuity. However, the ratio of total debts to property rights has a positive impact on business continuity.
