أثر التفكير الإبداعي على توليد المعرفة لدى الأستاذ الباحث دراسة ميدانية بالقطب الجامعي الثاني بجامعة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى توليد المعرفة ومستوى التفكير الإبداعي لدى الأستاذ الباحث بالقطب الجامعي الثاني بجامعة ورقلة، والتعرف على مهارات التفكير الإبداعي المتمثلة في (الطلاقة، المرونة، الأصالة، الحساسية للمشكلات، الإفاضة بالتفاصيل) ومدى مساهمتها في توليد المعرفة، وقد شملت الدراسة عينة متكونة من 85 أستاذ باحث ، تم الإعتماد فيها على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستعمال الاستبيان في جمع وتحصيل البيانات وبرنامج Spss في المعالجة الإحصائية واستخدام الملاحظة العلمية والوثائق الرسمية في تفسير وتحليل النتائج، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى عال لتوليد المعرفة لدى الأستاذ الباحث وكذلك تمتعه بمستوى مرتفع من مهارات التفكير الإبداعي، أما العلاقة الارتباطية بين التفكير الإبداعي وتوليد المعرفة فقد وجدنا أنها علاقة طردية، ومهارة المرونة هي المهارة الأكثر تأثير على توليد المعرفة من بين مهارات التفكير الإبداعي.

This stydy aimed at identifying the level of generating knowledge and the level of creative thinking for the researcher at Ouargla university second pole, and identifying creative thinking skills represented in (fluency, flexibility, originality,sensitivity for problems, detail oriented) and the contribution in knowledge generation. This study includes a sample composed of 85 researcher based on the analytical descriptive appraoch using questionnaire for gathering data and using SPSS program in the statistical process using scientific observation and official documents to explain and analse the results . The study results at high level of generatnig knowledge for the researcher in addition of his high level of creative thinking skill .Howeve,r in the correlation between creative thinking and generating knowledge we found that is positive, flexibility is an effective skill in generating knowledge from among creative thinking.
