Abstract

إن الدراسة الحالية تهدف إلى بحث أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال على فعالية ادارة الموارد البشرية لدى المديرية الجهوية للإنتاج بحاسي مسعود بحيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، ركزت الدراسة على 100 عاملا من أصل 189 عاملا في الشركة، با جابتهم على استبيان كأداة أولى في جمع البيانات، وبعد معالجة المعطيات ببرنامج ال SPSS نسخة 20 توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية : - تم المؤسسة محل الدراسة بدرجة كبيرة لاستخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال ؛ - تم المؤسسة محل الدراسة بدر جة كبيرة بفعالية ادارة الموارد ؛ - توجد علاقة طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 ≥α بين استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال وفعالية ادارة الموارد البشرية ؛ - يوجد اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05≥α) لمتطلبات استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال علي فعالية ادارة الموارد البشرية بالمديرية الجهوية للإنتاج بحاسي مسعود .

t: The present study aims to study the impact of the use of communication technology on the effectiveness of human resource management at the Regional Directorate of Production in Hassi Massoud. The study was based on 100 descriptors of the 189 workers in the company, Data, and after processing the data with SPSS version 20, the results reached the following: - The institution under study is highly interested in the use of communication technology; - The institution under study is highly concerned with the effectiveness of resource management; - There is a strong positive relationship with statistical significance at a significant level of 0.05 αα between the use of communication technology and the effectiveness of human resources management; - There is a significant statistical effect at the level of significance (α0.05) for the requirements of the use of communication technology on the effectiveness of human resources management at the Regional Directorate of Production a hassi Massoud
