أثر الصدمات المالية على أداء الأسواق المالية دراسة حالة سوق المغرب خلال أزمة الرهن العقاري2007-2008

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر عدوى أزمة الرهن العقاري على أداء سوق المال المغربي، للفترة 2007- 2008 وذلك باختبار العلاقة السببية بين كل من مؤشر MASI للسوق المالي المغربي كمتغير تابع ومؤشر S&P500 للسوق المالي الأمريكي كمتغير مستقل، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على اختبار السببية لغرانجر باستخدام سلاسل العوائد تشير نتائج الاختبار إلى أن مؤشر S&P500 لسوق المال الأمريكي يسبب مؤشر MASI لسوق المال المغربي، وهذا ما يفسر وجود أثر لعدوى أزمة الرهن العقاري على أداء سوق المال المغربي، كما أن مؤشر MASI المغربي يسبب مؤشر S&P500 الأمريكي هي نتيجة إحصائية يصعب تحقيقها عمليا نظرا لكون سوق المال المغربي ذو درجة انفتاح ضعيفة على السوق المالي الأمريكي عكس الأسواق المالية الناشئة أو المتطورة
