Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التكوين الجامعي في كفاءة أداء الإطار بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث تمت دراستنا هذه بمجمع بركين وبالأخص في وحدة المعالجة المركزية التابعة لحقل المرك بولاية ورقلة، على مجموعة من الإطارات و عددهم60 إطار حيث قمنا باختيار العينة الطبقية في دراستنا هذه و هذا لأخذ حصة من كل قسم بوحدة المعالجة. واعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على التساؤل العام التالي: - ما هو دور التكوين الجامعي في كفاءة أداء الإطار بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية؟ وتفرعا التساؤل العام الى تساؤلين فرعيين: - ما هو دور المعارف النظرية المكتسبة في كفاءة أداء الإطار بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية؟ - ما هو دور المهارات التطبيقية المكتسبة في كفاءة أداء الإطار بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية؟

This study aims to identify the role of university education in the executive’s performance effectiveness in an economic institution; this study was conducted at Groupement Barkine, and precisely in the CPF (central processing facility) of El Merk field in Ouargla. This study is performed on a group of 60 executives, where we opted for the class survey method in order to take a share of each section of the processing facilities. In this study, we relied on the following general question: - What is the role of university education in the effectiveness of an executive's performance in an economic institution? Then we developed the general question basing on two secondary questions: - What is the role of theoretical knowledge in the effectiveness of the executive's performance in an economic institution? - What is the role ofpractical Skillsin the effectiveness of the executive's performance in an economic institution?
