Synthèse de biodiesel par la transestérification des huiles commercialisées

Abstract

La synthèse de biodiesel par transestérification des huiles a été réalisé dans cette étude. Cependant deux variétés des huiles sont utilisées pour ce travail, le premier type set l’huile d’ELIO, tandis que le second est la meme type d’huilemais déjà utilisé dans la friture. Les deux types des huiles sont constitués des huiles de tournesol et soya, avec uns pourcentages de 20% et 80% respectivement. L'étude de quelque propriétés physique-chimique des huiles et biodiesel obtenus a été également effectuée, en fin de cette étude une comparaison de nos résultats avec la norme Européen, nous a montré que nos biodiesel ont des propriétés très proches avec ceux cité dans les normes

The synthesis of biodiesel by tranestérification oils was realized in this study. However, two types of oils are used in this work; the first type is the ElIO oil, while the second is the same type of oil but it used in the cooking (waste cooking oil). Both of these oils are composed of sunflower and soybean oil, with the percentages of 20% and 80% respectively. The study of physical and chemical properties of oils and biodiesel obtained was also carried of this study, and we are compared our results with the European standard, we found that the biodiesel obtained have very similar properties with those in the standards.

في هذه الدراسة قمنا بتصنيع الوقود الحيوي من خلال استرة الزيوت .استخدمنا لهذه الدراسة نوعين من الزيت من نفس الاول هو إليو و الثاني نفس الزيت لكن أستعمل للقلي . ويتكون كلا الزيتين من زيت عباد الشمس وزيت الصويا ، بنسبة 20٪ و 80٪ على التوالي. وقد قمنا في هذه الدراسة بقياس بعض الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية للزيت و الوقود المتحصل عليه .في نهاية هذه الدراسة قمنا بمقارنة بين نتائجنا مع المعايير الأوروبية، وقد تبين لدينا أن الوقود الحيوي المتحصل عليه في هذه الدراسة ذو خصائص مشابهة جدا لتلك المعايير المتفق عليها دوليا
