Abstract: The aim of this study to know the relationship between the educational communication as one of the dimensions of the regulatory climate-school the quality of education in the primary school from the point of view of teachers and go search from the following problem: is there a relationship between the educational communication between the instructor and the director and achieve the quality of education? And to answer randomly selected a sample of five schools of the city of oran and size reached 50 teachers, and was adopted to measure the study variables after processing a questionnaire, and field theory and the study variables, the results concluded that there was no statistically significant relation between the educational communication between the manager and the instructor and the quality of education at the primary stage.
