أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف على أداء البنوك دراسة حالة بنك الجزائر الخارجي BEA وكالة ورقلة خلال الفترة ( 2008-2016

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على اثار تقلبات اسعار صرف للعملات الاجنبية الرئيسية المتداولة على الاداء المالي للبنوك التجارية، و البنك الجزائري الخارجي كعتبة لهذه الدراسة، و لمعرفة الوضعية المالية تم استخدام المؤشرات الربحية المكونة من العائد على حقوق الملكية و العائد على الاصول، و لدراسة هذه المتغيرات قمنا بتطبيق اسلوب احصائي، و هو المسمى بنموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط على معطيات البنك الجزائري الخارجي خلال الفترة الممتدة من سنة 2008 الى سنة 2016. و لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة و الاجابة على اشكالية الموضوع تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و تاريخي من الجانب النظري، و منهج احصائي قياسي من الجانب التطبيقي، حيث توصلنا من خلال درسنا هذه الى النظام السائد في الجزائر و هو نظام مصرفي ثابت، حيث سعر الصرف تقوم بتحديده السلطة النقدية و تم تقييد قيمة الدينار الجزائري بسلة من العملات الاجنبية و من اهم العملات التي يتعامل معها المصرف الجزائري هي الدولار ة الاورو.

This study aimes to investigate the effects of fluctuations in the exchange rates of the major foreign currencies on the Financial performance of the commercial Banks and the Algerian Foreign Bank, which are organized by applying a statistical method. This is called the simple linear regression model with the Algerian Foreign Trade Bank during the periodfrom2008to2016. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and to answer the problem of the subject was based on the analytical descriptive method from the theoretical side, and the standard statistical approach from the practical side, where we reached through this study to the prevailing system in Algeria is a fixed banking system, where the exchange rate is determined by the Authority Cash and the value of the Algerian dinar was restricted to foreign currencies and one of the main currencies dealt with by the Algerian bank is the euro dollar.
