مستوى الاكـتـئاب لـدى مـرضـى الـسـرطـان دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مرضى السرطان بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الاكتئاب لدى عينة من مرضى السرطان المتواجدين بمستشفى محمد بوضياف -ورقلة-في ظل مجموعة من المتغيرات الوسيطة وهي: الجنس،الحالة الاجتماعية،والعضو المصاب لدى النساء. وتتمحور الدراسة حول مجموعة من التساؤلات تمثلت في: 1-ما مستوى الاكتئاب لدى مرضى السرطان؟ 2-هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الاكتئاب بين مرضى السرطان تعزى لمتغير الجنس؟ 3- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الاكتئاب بين المصابات بالسرطان تعزى للعضو المصاب ؟ 4- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الاكتئاب بين مرضى السرطان تعزى للحالة الاجتماعية؟ وقد تمثلت عينة الدراسة في مرضى السرطان بمستشفى محمد بوضياف-ورقلة-والتي تم اختيارها بالطريقة العرضية(المتاحة)،وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي،الذي يناسب طبيعة الموضوع. أما أدوات جمع البيانات فتمثلت في: مقياس "بيك"لقياس درجة الاكتئاب "B.D.I"لصاحبه آرون بيك والذي قام بترجمته غريب عبد الفتاح غريب (1985). -و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1-مستوى الاكتئاب لدى مرضى السرطان أفراد العينة خفيف. 2-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الاكتئاب بين المصابين بالسرطان تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الاكتئاب بين المصابات بالسرطان تعزى للعضو المصاب،لصالح المصابات بسرطان الثدي 4-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الاكتئاب بين مرضى السرطان تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية.

The current study aims to determine the level of depression in a sample of cancer patients in Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital - and the burden of a range of intermediate variables: gender, marital status and the affected member of women. The study is centered around a series of questions: 1. What is the level of depression in cancer patients? 2. Are there statistically significant differences in the degree of depression attributable to the gender variable? 3. Are there any statistically significant differences in the degree of depression among cancer patients attributable to the affected member? 4. Are there any statistically significant differences in the degree of depression attributable to the social situation? 5. The sample of the study was in patients with cancer at Mohamed Boudiaf-Ouargla Hospital, which was selected by the random way (available). The exploratory approach was adopted to suit the nature of the subject. Data collection tools were represented in: Beck's scale for measuring the degree of depression (B.D.I) by Aaron Beck, translated by Ghareeb Abdul Fattah Gharib (1985). The study has reached the following results: 1. Level of Depression in Cancer Patients The sample is mild. 2. There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of depression attributed to the gender variable. 3. There are significant differences in the degree of depression among cancer patients attributed to the injured member, in favor of breast cancer patients. 4. There are no significant differences in the degree of depression among cancer patients attributed to the variable social situation.
