مستوى الأمن النفسي لدى عمــال الحمـايـة المــدنية بورقــلة - دراســـــة ميدانيـــة -

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الأمن النفسي لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بمدينة ورقلة ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : 1- مستوى الأمن النفسي مرتفع لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بمدينة ورقلة . 2- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الأمن النفسي لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بمدينة ورقلة تبعا لمتغير السن . 3- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الأمن النفسي لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بمدينة ورقلة تبعا لمتغير الاقدمية . وتم تفسير النتائج المتحصل عليها بناءا على الدراسات السابقة وكذا الجانب النظري لهذه الدراسة ؛ بالإضافة إلى الإستعانة في مناقشة النتائج على بعض المعلومات و الملاحظات التي نقلت عن عمال الحماية المدنية بورقلة ، من خلال ذكر بعض الظروف والعوامل التي تكون سبب في إرتفاع وانخفاض مستوى درجة الأمن النفسي لعمال الحماية بورقلة؛ وختمت الدراسة بإستنتاج عام وبعض التوصيات والمقترحات .

The present study aims to know the level of psychological security in the civil protection workers in the city of Ouargla and this study has reached the following results: 1- The level of the degree of psychological security is high among the civil protection workers in the city of Ouargla. 2- There are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological security among civil protection workers in Ouargla city according to the age variable. 3- There are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological security among civil protection workers in Ouargla city according to the variable of seniority. The results obtained are based on the previous studies as well as the theoretical side of this study. In addition to using the discussion of the results on some of the information and observations quoted by the workers of the civil protection of Ouargla, by mentioning some of the conditions and factors that cause the rise and fall of the degree of psychological security For security workers in Ouargla. The study concluded with a general conclusion and some recommendations and suggestions.
