nmultirésistant, staphylococcus aureus méticillino résistant, staphylococcus aureus vancomycyn BMR multi-resistant bacteria represent a public health problem. They lead to increased morbidity, mortality and hospitalization costs. Our study covering the period from January 29 to March 13, 2018 in the intensive care unit of Ouargla Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital had the main objective of determining the prevalence of BMR and assessing the level of hygiene achieved in the service by the isolation of bacteria from several sites of the environment, the patient, the caregiver. Our study has shown that among the (143) strains isolated, Staphylococci account for the vast majority of the bacteria responsible for the infections of which the most dominant species are Staphlococcus coagulas negatif followed by staphylococcus aureus (14%). enterobacteria (35%) and Pseudomonas (14%). The majority of isolated strains show significant resistance to the different classes of antibiotics tested mainly with betalactamines, aminoglycosides and macrolides. The main BMRs identified in the resuscitation service were carbapenem-producing enterobacteria, non-resistant pseudomonas, methicillin-resistan |
