دراسة طيف الإصدار الناتج عن بلازما الفليورين

Abstract

في ايطار تشخيص المواد الصلبة باستخدام المطيافية قمنا في هذه المذكرة بتحليل الأطياف الناتجة عن بلازما تسامي مادة الفليورين بتقنية LIBS حيث اعتمادا على البرنامج الرقمي تمكنا من حساب الأطياف النظرية والتي كانت في توافق جيد مع الأطياف التجريبية. تمكنا من حساب درجة الحرارة الالكترونية للوسط الناتج (1.92eV)و التي كانت قيمتها متوافقة مع تصنيفات البلازما المخبرية. وفي الأخير تم التوصل الى أن الوسط المتشكل يغلب عليه عنصر الكالسيوم بنسبة 96.63% وباقي النسبة 3.36% للفلور.

In the analysis of the solids using spectroscopy, we analyzed the spectra of the sublimation plasma by LIBS, where, based on the digital program, we calculated the theoretical spectra that were in good agreement with the experimental spectra. We were able to calculate the electron temperature of the resulting medium (1.92eV), which was in line with laboratory plasma ratings. Finally, it was found that the concentrated medium predominates with the calcium component by 96.63% and the remaining 3.36% for fluorine
