قياس أثر استقلالية البنك المركزي على تمويل الخزينة العمومية دراسة حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2015

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير استقلالية البنك المركزي على تمويل الخزينة العمومية و ذلك من خلال بعض المتغيرات كمعدلات التضخم التي لها تأثير واضح على سياسة البنك المركزي في صياغة السياسة النقدية في الجزائر قبل و بعد إصلاحات قانون النقد والقرض وتمثلت الدراسة في الفترة الممتدة من 1980 إلى 2015 . و قد توصلت الدراسة عند استخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد باستعمال برنامج الجداول الإلكترونية Microsoft Excel 2007 و البرنامج الإحصائي EViews 8 إلى وجود علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات المستقلة مجتمعة وبين رصيد أو وضعية الخزينة العمومية

This study aims to know how much does the central bank autonomy Affect the finance of the public treasor in the light of some variables as inflation rates which has a clear effect on the central bank policy to set up a montary policy in Algeria before and after the credit and montary law reforms This study concluded by the use of a model of multiple linear regression and Microsoft Excel 2007 and statistics program EViews 8 that there is a moral relationship with a statistic significance between indepandent variables as a whole and account or the public treasor situation .
