Abstract

تتأثر المؤسسات البنكية بالمتغيرات المتسارعة بمحيطها , مما يؤثر على نمو واستمرارها في ظل هذه التحديات الاقتصادية مما يحتم عليها ضرورة اعتماد طرق تسيرية حديثة وفعالة والتي من أبرزها لوحة القيادة التي عمدت معظم المؤسسات الى تبني هذه الاداة سعيا منها الحفاظ على مراقبة سير أنشطتهما والتمكن من تحليل وضعيتها واتخاذ الاجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب فأهمية أدوات مراقبة التسيير والتي أصبحت لها دور فعال في المؤسسات حاليا ، تسمح للمسيرين بالتعرف على وضعية المؤسسة بدقة للوقوف على الأخطاء والانحرافات الناتجة عن تنفيذ النشاطات و العمل على تصحيحها في الأوقات المناسبة , كما أن تفعيل هذه الادوات في الميدان بصورة جيدة و متناسقة مع الاجراءات المحددة يساعد على تحقيق الاهداف و تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرار , وبالتالي الرفع من كفاءة وفعالية مراقبة التسيير .

Banks are affected by rapid changes in their environment, affecting their growth and sustainability in light of these economic challenges. Which necessitates the need to adopt modern and effective methods of transport, most notably the dashboard, which most institutions to adopt this tool in order to maintain control of the conduct of their activities and be able to analyse their situation and take corrective actions in timely manner. The importance of the management control tools, which have become effective in the institutions now, allows the managers to know the status of the institution accurately to identify the errors and deviations resulting from the implementation of activities and work to correct them at the appropriate times. The activations of these tools in the field is good and consistent with the specific procedures helps to achieve goals and improve the decision making process, thus increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the control of governance
