واقع ودور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الاقتصاد الوطني دراسة حالة الجزائر - الفترة من 2003 إلى2017

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على واقع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالجزائر ودورها الاقتصادي باعتبار أن هذا القطاع من أهم القطاعات التي تشكل محورا أساسيا ومحركا فعالا في الاقتصاد الوطني والذي تسعى الدولة جاهدة من خلال عدة إجراءات وتدابير تساهم في دعم وترقية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كقطاع بديل عن قطاع المحروقات خاصة بعد التغييرات التي شهدها الاقتصاد الوطني خلال السنوات الأخيرة، وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالجزائر في تطور إلى أن استطاعت أن تتجاوز نسبة 98 % من إجمالي المؤسسات ، وبالرغم من أن الغالبية منها هي مؤسسات مصغرة وتعاني من عدة مشاكل وعوائق ، إلا أنها استطاعت أنو توفر مناصب شغل وأن تساهم في الزيادة في القيمة المضافة والناتج الداخلي الخام.

This study aims at trying to identify the reality of the small and medium enterprises in Algeria and its economic role, as this sector is one of the most important sectors that constitute a central axis and an effective engine in the national economy. The State strives to support and promote small and medium enterprises as an alternative sector especially after the changes witnessed by the national economy in recent years, and we have concluded through this study that the small and medium enterprises in Algeria are in development and it was able to exceed 98% of the total institutions, although the majority of Them are very small enterprises and suffer from many problems and obstacles, but they have been able to provide jobs and contribute to the increase in the value added and the Gross domestic product.
