دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تفعيل الآداء الإداري للمؤسسة دراسة مقارنة بين المؤسستين الوطنيتين ENTP و ENAFOR

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تفعيل الأداء الإداري للمؤسستين الوطنيتين ENTP و ENAFOR وللمقارنة بينهما من اجل معرفة أهمية استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في المؤسسة ولإبراز هذا الدور قد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، والمنهج المقارن وذلك لأنهم الأنسب لهذه الدراسة وعليه استعنا بالملاحظة البسيطة لجمع اكبر عدد من المعلومات حول هذه الدراسة ، وبالاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات ،بحيث تم توزيعه على مجموعة من الإداريين بالمؤسستين معتمدين بذالك على العينة الحصصية ، كما تم تدعيمها بمقابلة مع مدير الموارد البشرية بمؤسسة ENTP ومدير تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال بمؤسسة ENAFOR ، ومنه تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى فصلين ، الفصل الأول يتضمن الإطار المنهجي للدراسة بينما الفصل الثاني يتناول الجانب الميداني حيث قمنا بمعالجة المعطيات فيه بواسطة برنامج SPSS والذي من خلاله توصلنا إلى نتائج الآتية :تساهم تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تفعيل الأداء الإداري للمؤسسة وتكمن أهم الوسائل المعتمدة بالمؤسسة في الوسائل التكنولوجية والتي تقدم خدمات كبيرة للمؤسسة من بينها سرعة ودقة وصول المعلومات متخطيتا الحواجز الجغرافي كما توصلنا أيضا الى وجود صعوبات في الاستخدام ربما يرجع سسبها إلى نقص التكوين وتوعية من اجل الاستخدام الأمثل لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة بالمؤسستين.

This study aims at identifying the role of communication technology in improving theadminstrative performance for both national associations ENTP and ENAFOR and to comparing them to know the importance of using the modern communication technologies in companies .to show this role ; we depended on the descriptive analytic concept and the comparative approach because we saw them the most appropriate for this study. We employed the simple remark to collect as much information as we can about this study , and the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data where two groups of administratives from both associations were choosen equally and given the questionnaire. In adition, the study was supported by a meeting with the director of human resources (HR) of ENTP and thedirector of media and communication technologies of ENAFOR .this study was divided into two parts . part one contains methodological frame for the study wheras part two deals with the practical side and the data was treated by SPSS program through which we resulted at the following : The modern media technologies participate deeply in improving the the administrative performance for the associations and the most used means in the association are the modern technological means which plays an important role especially the quick and accurate convey of information however the geographical borders. As we noticed some difficulties in the usage , may be because of the lack of training and enlightening for an ideal use for both associations.
