Abstract: The principle of separation of powers is one of the most important issues that have been and remain important in the political arena in terms of the degree of separation between them, whether absolute or relative, and that it is a principle that proves the application of democracy and the criterion of measuring the legitimacy of the work of state institutions. Therefore, the Algerian state adopted an arsenal of laws in the framework of political reform Because of the events of the Arab Spring revolutions that hit the Arab Maghreb, Which was the most important the constitutional amendment of 2016 And what came from to the legal controls that ensure the balance between the executive and legislative authorities and the development of their relationship.
