Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور لوحة القيادة في اتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسة،وهو ماتموحورت حوله إشكالية المطروحة، ومن أجل إعداد الموضوع تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجزء النظري ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي،وتمت الدراسة الميدانية في شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز للوسط بمديرية التوزيع ورقلة حضري. تمت الاستعانة بمجموعة من المصادر لجمع المعلومات في المؤسسة وهي المقابلة الشخصية، الملاحظة وتحليل الوثائق، وفي عرض النتائج تم تقديم لوحة القيادة في المؤسسة، وذكر طبيعة القرارات المالية ثم تحليل لوحة القيادة واستخراج الانحرافات، وفي المناقشة تم تقديم تصحيحات لتلك الانحرافات. وقد تم التوصل إلى: يتم اتخاذ القرارات المالية على المستوى المركزي ولكن للوحة القيادة دور في هذا من خلال النتائج التي تعرضها.

ABSTRACT This study aims to highlight the importance of the dashboard in decisions making, problems with which management staff of a company are confronted. To realize our study we have chosen the descriptive approach for the theoretical part, and case study for practical part at Ouargla electricity and gas distribution Direction. Thus, we led for data collection by interviewing the employees and proceeding to the examination and analysis of the documents put to our need. In conclusion, the results obtained from this survey are represented in the dashboard which includes the nature of the financial decisions, information from statement report and the failures report as well as recommendations for management improvement. As general observation, we note what follows: Financial decisions are made at the central level, but the dashboard has a role in this through the results you present
